The four-stage combined process of carbon-based molecular sieve adsorption + nitrogen analysis + vacuum condenser + metal mesh cold box condensation + sodium carbonate absorption is used for treatment, and environmental protection facilities are operating normally According to the test result of a third-party testing company, 11.7mg/m3 is less than the emission limit of "Shandong Province Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standard: Part 6 of Organic Chemical Industry", and the exhaust gas meets the emission standard after treatment.

3. The self-monitoring situation of the enterprise

According to the self-monitoring plan, the company signs a test contract with a third-party qualified company to test the VOCs and odor concentration of organized and unorganized exhaust gas every quarter, and the test results are all up to standard.
