【 Pharmacological effect 】 Pharmacodynamic enrofloxacin belongs to the bactericidal broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs for animals. It has good effect on Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, Actinobacter pleuropneumoniae, erysipelas, Proteus, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Porteria septicorum, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia and so on. It has obvious post-antibacterial effect on sensitive bacteria.

Pharmacokinetics Most monogastric animals can absorb the drug well, and the blood concentration reaches the peak in 0.5 ~ 2 hours. The food in the stomach can delay the absorption rate of the drug, but does not affect the amount of absorption. The bioavailability of orally administered chicken was 62.2% to 84%. This product is widely distributed in animals and can enter tissues and body fluids (including bone and prostate) well. The concentration of the drug in almost all tissues is higher than that in plasma, except that the concentration of cerebrospinal fluid is only 6% ~ 10% of that in serum, and the concentration of the drug in leukocytes can reach 140 times of that in plasma.

【Usage and dosage】 based on this product. Mixed drink: 0.25 ~ 0.75g per 1L water for chicken. Use twice a day for three to five days.

【Adverse reactions】 (1) Cartilage degeneration can occur in young animals, causing claudication and pain.

(2) The digestive system reaction includes vomiting, abdominal pain and abdominal distension.

(3) Skin reactions include erythema, pruritus, urticaria and photosensitive reaction.
